Method 1: ##PROGRAM + model number

In the dialer, enter ##7764726 or ##PROGRAM followed by the model of your device. Examples:

• ##PROGRAM11000 - EnV Touch

• ##PROGRAM10000 - Voyager

• ##PROGRAM9200 - EnV3

Method 2: ##LGSERVICEMENU

In the dialer, enter ##LGSERVICEMENU

Important: The security code

When entering the programming menus on CDMA devices, you will be prompted for a security code, also known as the Master Subsidy Lock (MSL) or Service Programming Code (SPC).

For Verizon, Alltel, and some regional carrier devices, this code is 000000 by default.

For other CDMA phones, including Sprint models, the MSL code is often obscured and requires PC software to obtain.
